The 2022 Cairns Swap Meet Car Bike & Truck show

Cairns Showgrounds on SUNDAY 6TH AUGUST 2023, Scott St entrance.

Swap Sites, Stationary Engines, Show Cars – Vintage to Modern, Motorcycles, Show Trucks.

Open to all interesting vehicles, no club affiliation required.

Gates open 6am. Show presentations 1.30pm.

There are no pre registration requirements for show vehicles, just be in by 9.30am if you want to be included in judging.

Cars Bikes and Trucks will be points judged.
Swap site holders can set up on Saturday afternoon,after 2pm and camp over night or come back in the morning.

Pre registration not required. Just turn up on the day. Camping fees which are charged by the Cairns Show Assn are now $22-00 for a site per night which gives you access to power, water and shower facilities.
This show is about participation, but there will be some trophies and give-aways as usual.

The Theme of the day is FUN

Please bring along your special vehicle, daily drivers, cars under construction.
No club affiliation is required, if you have friends with interesting vehicles bring them along too. Again it is open to all interesting vehicles. hope to see you there, where Motor Enthusiasts will meet.
The Cairns Show Assn have advised that no alcohol is to be brought onto the grounds.
The 2022 event was very successful even though we only had 58 swap sites this year due to a few things out of our control. However we did have close to 300 vehicles and 150 bikes on display. The biggest winners from having a successful event on Sunday 14th August which raised a great total of $13500 for our 6 charities which this year are The Pyjama Foundation, FNQ Cerebral Palsy Support Group, The Dr Edward Koch Foundation( money to go towards Youth Suicide Prevention), Redlynch Razorbacks JRL, Trinity Stingers Junior Hockey Club and Studio 21 We Just Dance( youths with disabilities dance group).
